Ingredients:

For the dough:

• 350g all-purpose flour
• 60g granulated sugar
• 7g active dry yeast
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 120ml milk, warmed
• 1 large egg, at room temperature
• 30g unsalted butter, at room temperature

For the filling:

• 150g marshmallow fluff
• 30g unsalted butter, at room temperature
• 1/4 cup powdered sugar

For the topping:

• 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions:

Let the products thaw in the closed packaging for 30 to 60 minutes at ambient temperature. Remove plastic foil once the products are
defrosted. DO NOT REFREEZE AFTER DEFROSTING.
